The Lawn Revival Package is our recommended package to have a beautiful, full green lawn. It consists of leveling your lawn area, aeration, and applying Professional Grade Starter Fertilizer and Certified Kentucky Blue Grass Seeding.

Applying Herbicide (spraying unwanted weeds) is an effective service of maintaining unwanted weeds on your outdoor property areas. The operator within our business is fully licensed and insured to provide and operate reliable Herbicide. Vieira's Lawncare provides reoccurring contract services for weed control.

Our Lawn Revival Package is a one time application, with a 3-6 week sustainable process with a complimentary first time cut.

Spring/Fall Clean-up's consist of customers properties needs and requirements. This may revolve around flower beds, lawn's, interlock clean-ups, leaf removal and any debris on outdoor spaces. Based on customers preferences of services, Spring Clean-ups prepare outdoor spaces for the Spring-Fall Seasons, after the Winter Season. Reviving lawn areas, flower beds, and applying mulch and/or soil. Along with Fall Services, our team works with customers to prepare their outdoor spaces for the Winter Season. Which involves leaf removal, debris removal, trimmings of flowerbeds and lawn preparation to avoid possible diseases.

During a consultation of a flower bed project/design,  the owner of Vieira's Lawncare PM will work with the customer to understand their visions, budget and desirable flowerbed needs. We access high quality materials from our suppliers providing sustainable and beautiful flowerbeds. Along with the option of the owner creating flowerbed designs, which provides a visual and descriptive image of experienced flowerbed installation  and designs. 

Removing damaged and neglected sod, and having our team install top quality Kentucky Blue Grass Sod from our suppliers ensures a quicker process to get your lawn looking beautiful for the upcoming season. This process includes top quality application of soil, professional grade starter fertilizer, and to ensure ultimate root growth our team completes the sod project with lawn rolling. Vieira's Lawncare PM includes a complimentary first time cut at an appropriate time after application.
